Running Everyday with Not Losing Weight + Running Injury  If you are running everyday and wonder why you are not losing weight and feeling a little creaky, well, it's cause you are running everyday!  You have some really tight muscles and some really weak muscles.  The one thing in common is that the area that suffers the most from running injuries and running daily is the core and tight back and hamstrings.   

Suggestions to keep you running but not daily:

1.  Train the core and stretch all muscles
