Patients often feel quite relaxed after an acupuncture treatment. Once the treatment session is complete, you can proceed with your normal routine for the day. Many patients report symptomatic pain relief and increased energy after a a couple of treatment sessions. The exact number and frequency of sessions varies from person to person.  Generally, it is recommended you should plan for 4 weekly visits to see how your body and condition responds to the acupuncture treatment.
