What's the refund policy?
Registration for the program can be fully refunded up to 14 days before the program officially starts on July 27th.
Where are the sessions held?
The sessions will be held in various locations.
The full day retreat and 2-hour Mindfulness Mornings will be held at the bucolic Ballentine Farm in Waterford, VA (you will LOVE this setting!).
The Wednesday evening group meditations are held at the Five Stones offices in Leesburg (116-Q Edwards Ferry Road, NE), as will be the Tapping workshop.
When will the sessions be held?
The monthly Mindfulness Morning sessions and the Tapping session will occur on Saturday mornings.
The weekly group meditation with Dr. Calihan is Wednesday evening at 6:15.
The video sessions are done from home and can be done as they fit into your schedule.
