The Mindful Way offers both a 6- and 12- month program, each designed to teach and support key Mindfulness tools known to improve mental, physical and emotional wellbeing for the long-term.
The programs create the structure to bring Mindfulness into your life in a way that is sustainable, making it possible to find and maintain a more balanced and peaceful way to live.
The program includes:
One day long retreat at program kick off (and a 2nd retreat at 6-month mark for year long participants)
Monthly Mindfulness Morning 2-hour mini-retreats
Weekly group meditation sessions with Martha Calihan
Individual session with Mindful Way faculty (one in 6-month program; two in 1-year program)
EFT Tapping class with certified hypnotherapist, Vanessa Lindgren (two in 1-year program)
Special video sessions on Mindful Eating and Movement
