This 90 minute workshop will include light yoga, meditation and a detailed overview of Ayurveda, Doshas and how to balance them. The fee includes a glossary, a recipe for an Ayurvedic Detox/Cleanse and tea served at a traditional Ayurvedic Spa in Khajuraho, India.
