This is a re-set not just of the body, but the mind and spirit as well. We are going to use these 3 days to break from the heavy foods of the holidays and set our intentions for the year ahead. We will be using WHOLE, nutrient dense foods to nourish our bodies while allowing excess to fall away.

We will also be engaging in meditation, journaling and mindful movement to dive deeper into the intentions we want for the new year; the WHY and the HOW. The practices and change in food will change routines you may have established, which can be an opportunity to explore how those routines serve you. 

When you sign up, you will recieve a 3 day meal plan with recipes to prepare for the Re-Set. You will also recieve the Zoom link for the following sessions:

Friday, January 8th: 6:30am - yoga, meditation and journaling

Saturday, January 9th: 6:30am - yoga meditation and journaling

Sunday, January 10th: 6:30am - yoga, meditation and journaling
