Do you struggle with emotional eating that lands you in a cycle of feeling guilty about eating, so you eat some more? Emotional eating is most often defined as “(over)eating in response to negative affect, without specificity to particular moods or emotions.” Many people (probably everyone) deals with emotional eating at some point in their lives. The answer is not a diet or special program to follow, as that doesn't address the emotions. 

The answer is mindful eating.
