  • I use a whole body, mind and body approach to help people achieve a healthy mind and body, natural healthy energy,  and health all over so you can live the amazing life you were meant to live.  You don't have to slow down so let's just keep going!   I help you get fitter and healthier through some of the changes that changed me.  Time efficient.  Simple.  One thing at a time, no overwhelm.  And really involving the mind body connection.  This means working on your stress and destressing, sleep, and support or lack of.  All this can make or break your healthy lifestyle.  My goal for all people I help is for them to live life to the fullest.  And to do that, a healthy lifestyle includes the whole thing.  We want to feel happy and good, mind and body. Let's talk!  I'm looking forward to a very healthy "youthful aging" retirement in the next decade but now is the time, ladies, to plan and do the right things!!  

    I am an older mother, due to fertility issues, so I also give hope and plans for people who want to achieve pregnancy.  And lost the baby weight with special time efficient techniques, so, yes, you can lose weight at any age.  For me it was after age 40.

    I had gut and energy issues I overcame, which I'd be happy to help you with.  



     The power of nutrition and fitness, without a huge time commitment or overwhelm. In the decade or two before retirement, women experience a decline in health, to include heart, bones, cancer and more.  Many of our problems can be avoided with healthy changes that will allow her to continue to live out a healthy pre retirement into retirement.  Using a customized system for each person, delivers results with confidence, motivation, community and without confusion.  


     “Nutrition is 80% of your results!”  Lots of exercise, but still wasn’t getting the results of feeling good, not bloated, energy, and weight loss.  My nutrition and fitness system gave my health back! It didn’t take me any more time, less exercise, less food prep.  One transformation started from a sad, hopeless, unhealthy situation (overweight, high blood pressure, high sugar, more) to happy, confident, energetic, lighter, with her bad numbers improved.
